Where the numbers are. Open your league in the FPL site or app — the address reads /leagues/123456/standings/c, and that number is your league ID. Your team ID is in the address of your own squad page, /entry/1234567/. Pasting either whole address works here too.

Only have your team ID? Leave the league field empty — you will get a list of your leagues to pick from, which is also the only way to find your head-to-head league.
Your data is read-only and secure. We use the official FPL API.
